Allow your IT administrator to access this computer

1. A small program that you download to your computer or phone. Choose the distribution      that suits you. 

2. Launch the downloaded program.  It may be located in your Downloads folder.

3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT administrator.

4. When you want to end the support session, be sure to exit the program.

    This ensures that your computer cannot be accessed remotely anymore 

     until you download and run the program again.
